Sunrise flights depart early morning (typically 5:30–6:30 AM depending on the season) to catch the best light and calm conditions. The flight itself lasts about 45–60 minutes in the air, followed by a gentle landing and our champagne celebration which adds another 30–45 minutes.

Hot air ballooning is a very safe activity—we follow strict safety protocols and our equipment is regularly maintained and inspected. You don't need any special training or unusual fitness level. Most people can fly comfortably, though we do ask about mobility concerns when you book so we can help you prepare.

We monitor weather conditions closely and won't fly if it's unsafe. If your flight is postponed due to weather, we'll reschedule you for the next available suitable morning at no extra cost, or offer a full refund if you can't make another date.

After landing, we gather at our landing site where you'll enjoy a glass of chilled champagne, fresh pastries, and juice if you prefer. It's a chance to celebrate your flight, chat with fellow passengers, and soak in the peaceful countryside atmosphere—it's a real tradition in ballooning.

Absolutely—bring a camera, phone, or GoPro if you'd like. We recommend securing smaller devices with a strap so nothing gets dropped, and keep larger cameras within the basket. The light during sunrise is stunning for photography, and you'll have plenty of opportunities from the air and during the landing celebration.

You can book online or contact us directly to check dates and arrange your flight. We require a deposit to secure your booking, and full payment is due 14 days before your flight date. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.
